Volter Dalzon

Co-Founder and CEO

Volter Dalzon has spent more than ten years in the home healthcare space. From the outset, he identified one of the most glaring needs in the market – specialized billing.

 

With a keen eye for detail (sharpened during his time in IT and software development) and a deep knowledge of billing systems, he took on the task of making sure his customers were paid accurately and on time. After nearly a decade of consistent billing returns of over 99%, he founded AZ Billing, a one-stop shop for billing outsourcing, forensic accounting, and staff training.

Irisi Dulo

Co-Founder and CEO

Irisi Dulo’s first passion was the law. At the University of Bologna, she studied Security and Investigations before coming to the United States in 2012 to pursue her Master’s in Criminal Justice at Long Island University. Her procedural knowledge fit perfectly with home care, where she quickly rose to become one of the most in-demand compliance officers in the Tri-State Area.

 

In addition to her previous position as Chief Compliance Officer at Mrs. G’s Services, she is a board member of the Home Care Providers Association. Irisi has spent years tirelessly advocating for LHCSAS and FIs, fighting for higher rates, transparency, and stronger legislative support for the industry. KRYSTAL KIBBLEWHITE

REGIONAL MANAGER

After working for a home health agency for over 7 years and being committed to the company’s mission while serving the community, entering this field is a natural step for Krystal’s career. Yet what’s a journey without a rough road? She’s very challenged in terms of establishing the team dynamic as a leader while consequently building healthy relationships with each member at the same time. Because of this, after years of experience, what she’d love to give you as advice is that you should be able to build trust and loyalty through mutual appreciation and respect.

 

Krystal relax and unwind by exploring the outdoors, taking in nature through walks, and treating herself to a nice dinner. Of course, there’ll be a time where she’d love to retire and just feel myself over after years of dedication to her work. In this regard, her goal is to retire on the beach where the weather is sunny and warm.

Juliana Gishto

Billing Manager

Juliana Gishto is a Billing Manager with more than 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, A/R, and Cash Posting. Graduated in Political Science and International Relations, she found a passion for finance while working as a Billing Specialist for Home Health Care agencies, so decided to dedicate her full time and attention to Medical Billing. She was the first to join Irisi and Volter at AZ Billing and brought her experience in staff training, supervision, and onboarding.

Anxhela Spahiu

Revenue Cycle Specialist

Anxhela Spahiu, a young and promising accountant, has started working at AZ Billing LLC as a revenue cycle specialist right after she graduated and aspires to build a solid career in this industry. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences from the University Aleksander Moisiu in Albania, where she also pursues her Master’s degree in Economy and Business. Anxhela has earlier worked as a receptionist during her studies and now is currently part of a six months internship program at one of the biggest banks in Albania, Raiffeisen Bank. During previous experiences she has shown good management of relationships with others and she is a very good collaborato.

Nurieda Metko

Revenue Cycle Specialist

Nurieda’s biggest passion is finance . She has a bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting and master of science degree in finance with high GPA. She has been working in finance for the past 5 years and been working for AZ billing since April 2022. She also likes marketing, bussiness administration and writting.

Pamela Lala

Revenue Cycle Specialist

As a highly-motivated accountant with working experience in financial services and the construction industry, Pamela has taken on a new challenging career path at AZ Billing LLC as a revenue cycle specialist. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tirana, Albania, where she later pursued her Master’s of Science degree specializing in Finance. Pamela’s previous work experiences include providing financial services at an Italian accountancy studio and later being part of the production and sales departments at an Italian-Albanian construction company. During her professional experience, she has proven to be reliable, and punctual and to have a strong willingness to take on any task to support the team and offer operational efficiency and flexibility.

Bora Kormaku

Revenue Cycle Specialist

She holds a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy. She has more than 10 years of experience in bank and non-bank financial institutions. Her experiences include collection, financial and operation leasing analyses and risk management.

Aida Bushi

Revenue Cycle Specialist

Aida Bushi works at AZ Billing LLC as a Revenue Cycle Management specialist.
Graduating in Security Affairs and International Relations, with a passion for Cyber Security, she best adapted her education and experiences, where medicine and security institutions are intertwined, in Medical Billing, with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management to ensure that each client we work for receives an increased profit while avoiding fraud and abuse.

Forward-thinking training leader with a proven record of success, improving knowledge and abilities of established employees and new hires by leading by example.
